Terrie Wilson - Bio

Terrie Wilson is currently Vice President – Agile Transformation at the second largest not-for-profit financial group in the US and formerly Vice President – Communications Manager and Community Advancement Chapters Lead at one of the largest financial institutions in the world. She holds multiple certifications and provides CliftonStrengths coaching to external clients.

 In 2021 Terrie won a national Women of Color - Technology All Star award. Her career-long aspiration has been collaborative partnership with people at all levels to continuously make things better (Kaizen). This is motivated by her underlying belief in Servant-Leadership which aligns to her world-view and desire for a more positive, productive and fair workplace. Terrie’s StandOut© skills are Advisor and Teacher. She brings over 20 years of leadership and has been fortunate to work with diverse teams in multiple industries while successfully leading large bodies of work.
